Act on the Creation of Smart Cities and Promotion of the Smart City Industry, Article 50 (Smart Demonstration Projects, etc.)

① 스마트규제혁신지구에서 스마트실증사업을 시행하려는 사업자(이하 "스마트실증사업자"라 한다)는 해당 사업이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당되는 경우 국토교통부장관에게 해당 사업의 시행을 위한 계획(이하 "스마트실증사업계획"이라 한다)의 승인을 신청할 수 있다.

2. 스마트혁신기술ㆍ서비스에 대한 허가등의 근거가 되는 법령에 따라 해당 스마트실증사업의 추진에 필요한 기준ㆍ규격ㆍ요건 등을 적용하는 것이 적절하지 않은 경우

3. 스마트혁신기술ㆍ서비스에 대한 허가등의 근거가 되는 법령에 따라 해당 스마트실증사업의 시행이 불가능한 경우

② 제1항에 따른 승인 및 변경 등에 관하여는 제49조, 제51조 및 제52조(제49조제1항 및 제51조제2항은 제외한다)를 준용한다. 이 경우 "스마트혁신사업"은 "스마트실증사업"으로, "스마트혁신사업계획"은 "스마트실증사업계획"으로, "스마트혁신사업자"는 "스마트실증사업자"로, "시행지역"은 "실증지역"으로, "스마트혁신기술ㆍ서비스의 제공 또는 이용"은 "스마트혁신기술ㆍ서비스의 시험 또는 검증"으로 본다. <개정 2021.3.16>
