수소경제 육성 및 수소 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제29조(사업자의 지위 승계 신고)

① 법 제40조제3항에 따른 수소용품 제조사업자의 지위 승계 신고는 승계 후 30일 이내에 해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제20호서식의 수소용품 제조사업자 지위 승계신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출해야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 신고를 받은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서(법인인 경우만 해당하며, 법인이 합병한 경우에는 합병 후 존속하거나 합병으로 신설된 법인을 말한다)를 확인해야 한다.
