소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비산업 경쟁력 강화 및 공급망 안정화를 위한 특별조치법 시행령 제72조(협력모델 선정절차)

① 경쟁력위원회는 법 제49조제2항에 따라 경쟁력강화 계획서를 신청받은 경우에는 심의를 통하여 지원대상 협력모델의 선정 여부, 지원의 범위 및 조건 등을 결정한다.

② 산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따른 경쟁력위원회의 결정내용을 신청기업에 통보해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 협력모델의 발굴, 선정방법과 절차에 관하여 필요한 세부사항은 산업통상부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
