Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 19 (Supply of Land Created Through Development of Raw Land|5)

① 원형지개발자는 원형지의 개발로 조성된 토지가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 토지를 공급할 수 있다. 이 경우 공급할 수 있는 범위는 조성된 토지의 100분의 50 이내로 한다. <개정 2014.11.4, 2016.2.11>

1. 공공청사용지ㆍ학교시설용지 등 일반에 분양할 수 없는 공공시설용지

② 제1항에 따라 원형지개발자가 원형지를 공급받아 조성한 토지를 공급하는 경우의 공급방법, 공급대상자 자격제한, 공급가격 등에 관하여는 제17조(제2항제3호는 제외한다)를 준용한다. 이 경우 제17조 중 "사업시행자"는 "원형지개발자"로 본다.
