Enforcement Decree of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, Article 47-7 (Scope of Employees Against Whom Only Requests for Measures May Be Made)

법 제74조의2제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 직원"이란 법 제19조제9항에 따른 전무 및 상무를 제외한 금고의 직원, 중앙회 및 관리회사의 직원을 말한다.
