새마을금고법 시행령 제39조(분쟁조정 결과의 통지)

① 위원장은 제38조제2항에 따른 분쟁조정 결과를 회장에게 알려야 하며, 신용공제대표이사는 위원회의 분쟁조정 결과에 따라야 한다. <개정 2011.9.9, 2014.12.9>
