금고는 법 제28조제7항에 따라 소유하고 있는 사업용 부동산(해당 부동산 연면적의 100분의 10 이상을 업무에 직접 사용하는 경우로 한정한다)의 효율적 운영에 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 일부를 회원의 이용에 지장이 없는 범위에서 타인에게 임대할 수 있다. <개정 2023.10.4>
