산지관리법 제3조의5(산지관리정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영 및 이용)

①산림청장은 산지의 합리적인 보전과 이용에 관한 정보를 체계적으로 관리하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산지관리정보체계를 구축ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <개정 2012.2.22>

② 산림청장은 산지전용ㆍ산지일시사용ㆍ토석채취 및 산지복구 등의 산지관리 업무를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 전자정보처리시스템(이하 "산지전용통합정보시스템"이라 한다)을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <신설 2021.6.15>

③ 산림청장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(이하 "산림청장등"이라 한다)은 산지전용통합정보시스템을 이용하여 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이 법에 따른 업무의 신청ㆍ신고 등을 하게 하거나, 신청이나 신고 등의 승인ㆍ허가ㆍ수리 등에 대한 교부 및 통지 등의 업무를 처리할 수 있다. <신설 2021.6.15>

④ 산림청장은 제1항에 따른 산지관리정보체계 및 산지전용통합정보시스템의 효율적 관리를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 산지전문기관에 산지관리정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영을 위탁할 수 있다. <신설 2012.2.22, 2021.6.15>
