Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Act, Article 13 (Payment, Use, and Management of Contribution Funds and Subsidies for Industrial Technology Development Projects)

① 산업통상부장관이 주관연구기관에 출연금을 지급하는 경우에는 산업기술개발사업의 추진 상황 등을 고려하여 한꺼번에 지급하거나 분할하여 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따라 출연금을 지급받은 주관연구기관은 그 출연금에 대하여 별도의 계정을 설정하여 관리하여야 한다.
