Act on the Creation and Management of Forest Resources, Article 74 (Penalties)

① 제19조제5항을 위반하여 채종림등에서 입목ㆍ대나무의 벌채, 임산물의 굴취ㆍ채취, 가축의 방목, 그 밖의 토지의 형질을 변경하는 행위를 한 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2014.3.11, 2017.10.31, 2020.2.18>
