산림보호법 제21조의13(나무의사의 교육)

① 나무병원에 종사하는 나무의사는 전문성과 윤리의식을 높이기 위하여 보수(補修)교육을 정기적으로 받아야 한다. 다만, 질병ㆍ휴직 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유로 교육을 받을 수 없는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 산림청장은 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 시설ㆍ인력 및 교육실적 등의 기준에 적합한 기관 및 단체를 보수교육을 실시하는 기관(이하 이 조에서 "보수교육기관"이라 한다)으로 지정할 수 있다.

③ 산림청장은 보수교육기관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호의 경우에는 그 지정을 취소하여야 한다.

④ 산림청장은 제2항에 따라 지정받은 보수교육기관에 대하여 교육에 필요한 시설ㆍ장비와 소요경비의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. <신설 2024.12.3>

⑤ 제1항에 따른 보수교육의 기간ㆍ내용ㆍ방법ㆍ절차ㆍ비용 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 농림축산식품부령으로 정한다. <개정 2024.12.3>
