사회서비스 지원 및 사회서비스원 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제14조(임원추천위원회)

① 시ㆍ도 서비스원에 제15조에 따른 임원의 후보자 추천과 제17조에 따른 임원의 연임에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 임원추천위원회를 둔다.

② 임원추천위원회는 임원 후보자를 추천하려는 경우 후보자를 공개모집하여야 한다.

③ 임원추천위원회의 위원은 7명으로 하되 사회서비스 관련 학계 및 관련 단체가 추천하는 사람이 3명 이상 포함되어야 한다.

④ 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제5조에 따른 공기업ㆍ준정부기관의 임직원과 공무원은 임원추천위원회의 위원이 될 수 없다.

⑤ 그 밖에 임원추천위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 및 임원 후보자 추천 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
