사회서비스 지원 및 사회서비스원 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제13조(정관)

Act on Support for Social Services and Establishment and Operation of Social Service Agencies, Article 13 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 시ㆍ도 서비스원의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 시ㆍ도 서비스원은 정관을 변경하려는 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사의 허가를 받아야 한다.
