Act on the Use and Provision of Social Security Benefits and the Identification of Persons Entitled to Benefits, Article 52 (Support of Personnel and Costs in Delegation and Entrustment)
보장기관의 장 또는 보건복지부장관은 제51조에 따라 위임ㆍ위탁된 업무의 처리에 필요한 인력 또는 경비를 지원하여야 한다.
The head of a guarantee institution or the Minister of Health and Welfare shall support the personnel or expenses necessary for handling duties delegated or entrusted under Article 51.
