Act on the Use and Provision of Social Security Benefits and the Identification of Persons Entitled to Benefits, Article 51 (Delegation and Entrustment of Authority)

① 이 법에 따른 보장기관의 장의 권한 또는 업무의 일부 중 다음 각 호의 사항을 소속 기관의 장이나 지방자치단체의 장에게 위임하거나 보건복지부장관, 다른 행정기관의 장에게 위탁할 수 있다.
