Act on Private Participation in Infrastructure, Article 44-2 (Objections)

① 민간투자사업의 추진과정에서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항으로 인하여 불이익을 받은 자는 주무관청에 그 사항과 관련된 행위의 취소 또는 시정을 위한 이의신청을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 이의신청은 이의신청의 원인이 되는 행위가 있은 날부터 30일 이내 또는 그 행위가 있음을 안 날부터 10일 이내에 해당 주무관청에 하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 이의신청을 받은 주무관청은 이의신청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 심사하여 취소 등 필요한 조치를 하고 그 결과를 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 조치에 대하여 이의가 있는 자는 그 통지를 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 기획예산처장관에게 분쟁조정을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2023.7.18, 2025.10.1>
