비송사건절차법 제80조(업무ㆍ재산상태의 검사 및 총회소집 허가의 신청)

① 「상법」 제277조제2항에 따른 검사의 허가를 신청하는 경우에는 검사를 필요로 하는 사유를 소명하고, 같은 법 제366조제2항에 따른 총회 소집의 허가를 신청하는 경우에는 이사가 그 소집을 게을리한 사실을 소명하여야 한다.
