비상대비에 관한 법률 시행령 제28조(훈련 참가자의 인도ㆍ인수)

① 시ㆍ도지사등은 시장등과 훈련대상자를 사용할 기관(업체를 포함하며, 이하 "사용기관"이라 한다)의 장으로 하여금 소속 직원을 인도ㆍ인수 장소에 출석시켜 훈련에 참가한 사람을 인도ㆍ인수하게 하여야 한다. 이 경우 인도ㆍ인수관은 신분을 표시하는 증표를 지녀야 한다.

② 시ㆍ도지사등은 훈련에 참가한 사람의 인도ㆍ인수를 위하여 인도ㆍ인수 장소에 인도ㆍ인수사무소를 설치할 수 있다. 다만, 인도ㆍ인수 장소가 사용기관의 시설구역 안인 경우에는 사용기관에서 인도ㆍ인수사무소를 설치할 수 있다.

③ 제1항에 따른 인도ㆍ인수관은 훈련에 참가한 사람 중 심신의 장애로 인하여 훈련을 감당하기 어려운 사람이 있는 경우에는 의료기관에 의뢰하여 신체검사를 실시할 수 있다.
