Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of Corruption and the Establishment and Operation of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, Article 77 (Calculation of Reward Money)

① 보상금은 제72조제1항 각 호의 부과 및 환수 등으로 인하여 직접적인 공공기관 수입의 회복이나 증대 또는 비용의 절감을 가져오거나 그에 관한 법률관계가 확정된 금액의 100분의 30으로 한다. 이 경우 산정된 보상금의 천원 단위 미만은 지급하지 않는다. <개정 2026.9.29>
