부패방지 및 국민권익위원회의 설치와 운영에 관한 법률 제58조의2(비실명 대리신고)

① 제58조에도 불구하고 신고자는 자신의 인적사항을 밝히지 아니하고 변호사를 선임하여 신고를 대리하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 제58조에 따른 신고자의 인적사항 및 기명의 문서는 변호사의 인적사항 및 변호사 이름의 문서로 갈음한다.

② 제1항에 따른 신고는 위원회에 하여야 하며, 신고자 또는 신고자를 대리하는 변호사는 그 취지를 밝히고 신고자의 인적사항, 신고자임을 입증할 수 있는 자료 및 위임장을 위원회에 함께 제출하여야 한다.

③ 위원회는 제2항에 따라 제출된 자료를 봉인하여 보관하여야 하며, 신고자 본인의 동의 없이 이를 열람하여서는 아니 된다.
