Enforcement Decree of the Value-Added Tax Act, Article 36 (Scope of Exempt Educational Services)

① 법 제26조제1항제6호에 따른 교육 용역은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 시설 등에서 학생, 수강생, 훈련생, 교습생 또는 청강생에게 지식, 기술 등을 가르치는 것으로 한다. <개정 2016.2.17, 2020.2.11, 2024.2.29>

1. 주무관청의 허가 또는 인가를 받거나 주무관청에 등록되거나 신고된 학교, 어린이집(「영유아보육법」 제10조에 따른 어린이집을 말하며, 같은 법 제24조제2항 및 제3항에 따라 국공립어린이집이나 직장어린이집 운영을 위탁받은 자가 제공하는 경우를 포함한다), 학원, 강습소, 훈련원, 교습소 또는 그 밖의 비영리단체
