보험업법 제8조(상호 또는 명칭)

① 보험회사는 그 상호 또는 명칭 중에 주로 경영하는 보험업의 종류를 표시하여야 한다.

② 보험회사가 아닌 자는 그 상호 또는 명칭 중에 보험회사임을 표시하는 글자를 포함하여서는 아니 된다.
