보험업법 제83조(모집할 수 있는 자)

① 모집을 할 수 있는 자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자이어야 한다.

② 제91조에 따른 금융기관보험대리점등은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 금융기관 소속 임직원이 아닌 자로 하여금 모집을 하게 하거나, 보험계약 체결과 관련한 상담 또는 소개를 하게 하고 상담 또는 소개의 대가를 지급하여서는 아니 된다.
