보험업법 제128조(기초서류에 대한 확인)

① 금융위원회는 보험회사가 제127조제2항에 따라 기초서류를 신고할 때 필요하면 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 금융감독원(이하 "금융감독원"이라 한다)의 확인을 받도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2015.7.31>

② 금융위원회는 보험회사가 제127조제2항에 따라 기초서류를 신고하는 경우 보험료 및 해약환급금 산출방법서에 대하여 제176조에 따른 보험요율 산출기관 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 보험계리업자(이하 "독립계리업자"라 한다)의 검증확인서를 첨부하도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2022.12.31>
