보험사기방지 특별법 제6조(수사기관 등에 대한 통보)

① 금융위원회, 금융감독원, 보험회사는 보험계약자등의 행위가 보험사기행위로 의심할 만한 합당한 근거가 있는 경우에는 관할 수사기관에 고발 또는 수사의뢰하거나 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 취하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 관할 수사기관에 고발 또는 수사의뢰를 한 경우에는 해당 보험사고와 관련된 자료를 수사기관에 송부하여야 한다.
