변호사법 제41조(설립 절차)

법무법인을 설립하려면 구성원이 될 변호사가 정관을 작성하여 주사무소(主事務所) 소재지의 지방변호사회와 대한변호사협회를 거쳐 법무부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. 정관을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다.
