Patent Attorney Act, Article 4-5 (Sanctions against Persons Who Commit Misconduct)

지식재산처장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에 대하여는 해당 시험을 정지시키거나 합격결정을 취소하고 그 처분을 한 날부터 3년간 시험응시자격을 정지한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
