법원조직법 제55조(집행관)

① 지방법원 및 그 지원에 집행관을 두며, 집행관은 법률에서 정하는 바에 따라 소속 지방법원장이 임면(任免)한다.

(1) District디스트^r릭트 Courts코츠 and앤드 their^ð데어 branch브^r랜치 courts코츠 shall섈 have해^v브 court코트 enforcement엔^f포스먼트 officers,오^f퍼서즈 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 and앤드 dismissed디스미스트 by바이 the^ð더 Chief치^f프 Judge저지 of어^v브 the^ð더 District디스트^r릭트 Court코트 to투 which위치 they^ð데이 belong,빌롱 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Act.액트

② 집행관은 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 재판의 집행, 서류의 송달, 그 밖의 사무에 종사한다.

(2) Court코트 enforcement엔^f포스먼트 officers오^f퍼서즈 shall섈 engage엔게이지 in인 the^ð디 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 judgments,저지먼츠 the^ð더 service서^v비스 of어^v브 documents,다큐먼츠 and앤드 other어^ð더 affairs,어^f페어즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 statutes스태춧츠 and앤드 regulations.^r레귤레이션즈

③ 집행관은 그 직무를 성실히 수행할 것을 보증하기 위하여 소속 지방법원에 보증금을 내야 한다.

④ 제3항의 보증금 및 집행관의 수수료에 관한 사항은 대법원규칙으로 정한다.
