① 방사선등 이용주체는 자주적인 영업활동에 필요한 자금의 융자, 조합원의 복지 향상, 사고 및 영업활동으로 발생하는 손실의 보전(補塡)을 위하여 과학기술정보통신부장관의 인가를 받아 공제조합(이하 "조합"이라 한다)을 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

③ 조합은 다음 각 호의 사업을 한다.
