Enforcement Decree of the Water Environment Conservation Act, Article 64 (Standards for Determining Installation Contributions and Usage Fees for Public Wastewater Treatment Facilities by Person Causing Pollution)

법 제48조의2제1항 및 제48조의3제1항에 따라 각 원인자에게 부과하는 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료는 해당 공공폐수처리시설사업으로 인한 수질오염에 대한 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려하여 전체 원인자에게 부과하여야 할 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금의 총액 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료의 총액을 각각 배분한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2017.1.17>
