물환경보전법 시행령 제65조(공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 사용료의 부과ㆍ징수절차 등)

① 시행자가 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료를 부과ㆍ징수하려는 경우에는 납부의무자에게 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료의 금액, 납부기간, 납부장소, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 서면으로 알려야 한다. 이 경우 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금을 부과ㆍ징수하려는 경우에는 법 제51조제2항에 따른 배수설비를 설치하여 사용을 개시한 날부터 60일 이내에 알려야 한다. <개정 2017.1.17, 2019.10.15>

② 제1항에 따른 통지를 받은 납부의무자는 통지 내용에 이의가 있는 경우에는 납부기한 7일 전까지 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시행자에게 이의를 신청할 수 있다. <신설 2019.10.15, 2025.10.1>
