물환경보전법 시행령 제38조의2(측정기기 관리대행업의 등록기준 등)

① 법 제38조의6제1항 전단에 따라 측정기기의 관리업무를 대행하려는 자가 갖추어야 하는 시설ㆍ장비 및 기술인력의 기준은 별표 8의2와 같다.
