무역보험법 제40조(등기)

① 공사는 그 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(1) The^ð더 Corporation코퍼^r레이션 is이즈 established이스태블리시트 upon어판 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

② 제1항에 따른 설립등기 사항은 다음 각 호와 같으며, 그 등기신청서에는 공사의 정관과 산업통상부장관의 공사설립인가서 사본을 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 공사의 설립등기와 그 밖에 등기에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
