마약류 불법거래 방지에 관한 특례법 제61조(상소제기기간 중의 처분 등)

상소제기기간에 발생한 사건으로서 아직 상소가 제기되지 아니한 사건과 상소하였으나 소송 기록이 상소법원에 도달하지 아니한 사건에 관하여 몰수보전 또는 추징보전에 관한 처분을 하여야 할 경우에는 원심법원이 그 처분을 하여야 한다.
