도로교통법 제164조(범칙금의 납부)

① 제163조에 따라 범칙금 납부통고서를 받은 사람은 10일 이내에 경찰청장이 지정하는 국고은행, 지점, 대리점, 우체국 또는 제주특별자치도지사가 지정하는 금융회사 등이나 그 지점에 범칙금을 내야 한다. 다만, 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 말미암아 그 기간에 범칙금을 낼 수 없는 경우에는 부득이한 사유가 없어지게 된 날부터 5일 이내에 내야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 납부기간에 범칙금을 내지 아니한 사람은 납부기간이 끝나는 날의 다음 날부터 20일 이내에 통고받은 범칙금에 100분의 20을 더한 금액을 내야 한다.

③ 제1항이나 제2항에 따라 범칙금을 낸 사람은 범칙행위에 대하여 다시 벌 받지 아니한다.
