도로교통법 제117조(유사명칭 등의 사용금지)

① 제99조에 따른 학원의 등록을 하지 아니한 자는 학원등과 유사한 명칭을 사용하여 상호를 게시하거나 광고를 하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 이 법에 따른 전문학원이 아닌 학원은 그 명칭 중에 전문학원 또는 이와 비슷한 용어를 사용하지 못한다.
