① 법 제43조제1항에 따른 댐주변지역지원사업에 관한 계획(이하 "댐주변지역지원사업계획"이라 한다)을 수립해야 하는 지역의 범위(이하 "댐주변지역지원사업구역"이라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 지역으로 한다. <개정 2020.11.10>

1. 댐의 계획홍수위선(계획홍수위선이 없는 경우에는 상시만 수위선)으로부터 5킬로미터 이내의 지역. 다만, 댐저수사용료 보조사업에 관한 계획의 경우에는 해당 지역이 속하는 특별자치도ㆍ시ㆍ군 또는 구의 각 관할지역

다. 그 밖에 댐의 건설 및 운영과 직접적으로 관련된 지역으로서 지원이 필요한 지역

(c)시 Other어^ð더 areas에^r리어즈 directly더^r렉틀리 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 construction컨스트^r럭션 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 dam댐 that^ð댓 require^r리콰이어 support.서포트

② 댐주변지역지원사업계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 댐관리청이나 댐수탁관리자는 댐주변지역 주민의 의견을 들어 매년 10월 10일까지 다음 해의 댐주변지역지원사업계획을 수립하여 제42조에 따른 댐주변지역지원사업협의회의 심의를 거쳐 11월 10일까지 이를 확정해야 한다. <개정 2017.6.2, 2020.11.10>

④ 댐관리청이나 댐수탁관리자는 댐주변지역지원사업계획이 확정되었을 때에는 지체 없이 댐주변지역을 관할하는 시ㆍ도지사와 댐주변지역지원사업을 시행하는 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 통보하고, 기후에너지환경부장관에게 이를 제출해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.8, 2020.11.10, 2025.10.1>

⑤ 댐주변지역지원사업계획을 변경하는 경우에는 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 그 변경사항이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제3항에 따른 댐주변지역지원사업협의회의 심의를 생략할 수 있다.
