댐건설ㆍ관리 및 주변지역지원 등에 관한 법률 제33조(납부금)

댐사용권자는 제24조제4항에 따라 댐사용권을 설정받은 경우를 제외하고는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산출한 금액의 납부금을 국고에 납부하여야 한다. 이 경우 납부금을 산출할 때에는 제20조제2항제1호에 따라 산정한 추정투자액을 고려하여야 한다.
