대중교통의 육성 및 이용촉진에 관한 법률 제15조(대중교통기술연구ㆍ개발사업의 추진)

국토교통부장관은 대중교통의 발전을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 대중교통기술연구ㆍ개발사업을 「국토교통과학기술 육성법」 제4조에 따른 국토교통과학기술 연구개발 종합계획에 반영하여 추진하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.6.9, 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
