농어촌정비법 제41조(환지심의위원회)

① 농업생산기반 정비사업 시행자는 환지에 따른 민원이나 이해관계자 간의 분쟁을 효과적으로 조정하기 위하여 환지심의위원회를 구성하여 운영하여야 한다.
