농어촌정비법 제28조(환지사의 자격)

① 제27조제2호에 따른 환지사는 농림축산식품부장관이 실시하는 환지사 시험에 합격하여 환지사 자격이 있는 사람으로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항의 환지사 시험에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 환지사는 다른 사람에게 그 명의를 사용하게 하거나 다른 사람에게 그 자격증을 대여해서는 아니 된다. <신설 2019.12.10>

④ 누구든지 환지사의 자격을 취득하지 아니하고 그 명의를 사용하거나 자격증을 대여받아서는 아니 되며, 명의의 사용이나 자격증의 대여를 알선해서도 아니 된다. <신설 2019.12.10>
