Enforcement Decree of the Agrochemicals Control Act, Article 3 (Scope of Business of Import/Export Plant Pest Control Business and Aerial Pest Control Business|4)

① 「농약관리법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제3조의2제1항에 따른 수출입식물방제업(이하 "수출입식물방제업"이라 한다)의 영업범위는 수출입식물검역과정에서 행하는 방제업으로 한다. <개정 2019.6.11, 2022.11.29>
