농수산물의 원산지 표시 등에 관한 법률 제10조의3(유통이력관리수입농산물등의 사후관리)

① 농림축산식품부장관은 제10조의2에 따른 유통이력 신고의무의 이행 여부를 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 공무원으로 하여금 유통이력신고의무자의 사업장 등에 출입하여 유통이력관리수입농산물등을 수거 또는 조사하거나 영업과 관련된 장부나 서류를 열람하게 할 수 있다.

② 유통이력신고의무자는 정당한 사유 없이 제1항에 따른 수거ㆍ조사 또는 열람을 거부ㆍ방해 또는 기피하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 제1항에 따라 수거ㆍ조사 또는 열람을 하는 관계 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 하며, 출입할 때에는 성명, 출입시간, 출입목적 등이 표시된 문서를 관계인에게 내주어야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 유통이력관리수입농산물등의 수거ㆍ조사 또는 열람 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
