남북협력기금법 제11조(보고 및 환수)

① 기금을 사용하려는 자는 기금사용 계획을, 기금을 사용한 자는 기금사용 결과를 각각 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 통일부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.

② 통일부장관은 기금을 사용하는 자가 해당 기금지출 목적 외의 용도에 사용하였을 때에는 지출된 기금의 전부를 환수할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따른 기금의 환수에 대하여는 국세 체납처분의 예에 따른다.
