긴급복지지원법 제7조(지원요청 및 신고)

① 긴급지원대상자와 친족, 그 밖의 관계인은 구술 또는 서면 등으로 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 이 법에 따른 지원을 요청할 수 있다.

② 누구든지 긴급지원대상자를 발견한 경우에는 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다.

(2) Any에니 person퍼슨 who후 discovers디스커^v버즈 a어 person퍼슨 eligible엘러저블 for^f포 emergency이머전시 support서포트 shall섈 report^r리포트 this^ð디스 to투 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 Mayor,메이어 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Gun,건 or오 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Gu.구

③ 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 진료ㆍ상담 등 직무수행 과정에서 긴급지원대상자가 있음을 알게 된 경우에는 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 이를 신고하고, 긴급지원대상자가 신속하게 지원을 받을 수 있도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2014.12.30, 2018.12.11, 2025.4.22>

④ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 지정한 법인ㆍ단체ㆍ시설ㆍ기관 등은 긴급지원대상자의 요청에 따라 제1항에 따른 지원요청을 지원할 수 있다. <신설 2021.7.27>

⑤ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제3항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람의 자격취득 또는 보수교육 과정에 긴급지원사업의 신고와 관련된 교육 내용을 포함하도록 하여야 하며, 긴급복지 신고의무자가 소속된 기관ㆍ시설 등의 장은 소속 긴급복지 신고의무자에게 신고의무 교육을 실시하고, 그 결과를 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2018.12.11, 2021.7.27>

⑥ 제5항에 따른 교육의 내용, 시간, 방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <신설 2018.12.11, 2021.7.27>

⑦ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 제3항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에게 긴급지원사업에 관한 홍보를 실시하여야 한다. <신설 2018.12.11, 2021.7.27>
