긴급복지지원법 제15조(지원중단 또는 비용환수)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제14조제1항에 따른 심사결과 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제8조제3항에 따른 지원을 받은 것으로 결정된 사람에게는 긴급지원심의위원회의 결정에 따라 지체 없이 지원을 중단하고 지원한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 반환하게 하여야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제14조제1항에 따른 심사결과 긴급지원이 적정하지 아니한 것으로 결정된 사람에게는 지원을 중단하고 지원한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 반환하게 할 수 있다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제9조제2항에 따른 지원기준을 초과하여 지원받은 사람에게는 그 초과 지원 상당분을 반환하게 할 수 있다.

④ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 반환명령에 따르지 아니하는 사람에게는 지방세 체납처분의 예에 따라 징수한다.
