기술보증기금법 제50조(자료제공의 요청 등)

① 기금은 국가, 지방자치단체, 「국민연금법」에 따른 국민연금공단, 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 국민건강보험공단 및 「산업재해보상보험법」에 따른 근로복지공단, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 공공단체에 제28조제1항제2호, 제3호, 제3호의2, 제4호, 제4호의2, 제4호의3 및 제5호부터 제10호까지의 규정에 따른 업무를 수행하는 데에 필요한 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2020.2.11, 2022.10.18>

② 기금의 이사장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 문서로 관할 세무관서의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 과세정보(종합소득세 및 지방세 과세자료, 이와 관련된 사업자 등록자료의 구체적 항목에 한한다) 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 과세정보 제공 요청은 제28조제1항제7호에 따른 구상권 행사를 위하여 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 하여야 하며 다른 목적을 위하여 남용하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2014.1.14>
