Act on the Establishment, etc. of the Financial Services Commission, Article 12 (Preparation of Minutes of Resolutions, etc.)

① 금융위원회가 의결하는 경우에는 의결서를 작성하여야 하며, 의결에 참여한 위원은 그 의결서에 이름을 쓰고 도장을 찍거나 서명하여야 한다.
