군사정전에 관한 협정 체결 이후 납북피해자의 보상 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(분과위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등)

① 위원회의 심의사항을 미리 분야별로 검토하게 하기 위하여 위원회에 다음 각 호의 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다.

② 제1항제2호에 따른 납북피해산정 분과위원회에는 「의료법」 제77조에서 규정하는 전문의(專門醫) 자격을 갖춘 분과위원 1명 이상이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 분과위원장은 소속 분과위원 중에서 위원장이 임명한다.

④ 분과위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.

⑤ 분과위원회 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
