군사법원법 제521조(상속재산에 대한 집행)

몰수 또는 조세, 전매, 그 밖의 공과(公課)에 관한 법령에 따라 재판한 벌금 또는 추징은 그 재판을 받은 사람이 재판 확정 후 사망한 경우에는 그 상속재산에 대하여 집행할 수 있다.
